Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Panorix for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Panorix, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Belgium, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
